How Getting Telehealth works
- By downloading the jettison iPhone or Android patient app (via clicking on the link below), individuals may obtain telehealth-based medication assisted treatment for drug and alcohol addiction. These services will be provided as determined by the providers at Jettison, a medical group specializing in medical and psychological supported treatment for drugs and alcohol addiction. The Family Wellness Box provides laboratory testing only; the medication-assisted treatment described here is a supportive service rendered by Jettison's licensed providers, not by The Family Wellness Box.
- Unless otherwise advised by your provider at Jettison, if you are being prescribed medications, you will be required to purchase two urine drug testing kits and one at home observed urine each month for the first three months of treatment, thereafter both upon request from your provider.
- Both tests each of the first three month will be random, and one will be required to be observed. After your first appointment you will place your order on this website. Standard delivery is usually within 24 hours by UPS however guaranteed overnight delivery is available for a small additional fee.
- You will be advised when to provide samples which will be random and you will be required to provide and send the sample within 24 hours of being notified to provide the sample.
- Observed Urine-when an observed urine is requested by the provider, you will be notified and must make yourself available within 24 hours to meet the observer at your home or at another location agreed to by you and the observer. If the observer deems the location that you provided as either inappropriate or unsafe then another location will be agreed to by both parties.
- Upon receipt of the box with the testing kits do not open any of the securely packaged cups until immediately prior to providing the sample. In case of observed urine tests the observer will open the cup in front of you. If the cup for the observed urine has already been opened, you will be required to purchase a new test kit and pay an additional observed urine fee.
- After providing the sample in the cup you will see the results for 12 commonly abused drugs. You will draw a small amount of urine from the cup using a vacutainer that is included in the kit. The vacutainer will be placed in packaging, provided in the kit and then dropped at a UPS drop off near you, a list of which can be found through a UPS link on this website. In the case of observed urines, the observer will deliver the sample to UPS. Results will be provided to you and the provider within 24-36 hours.

Treatment Cost Summary
- $49.00 monthly medical providers visit paid directly to Jettison.
- Monthly Test Kit -$52.00 per cup, assuming you buy the four-cup box. Individual cups for people in the Jettison treatment platform can purchase single cups box for $62.00. All boxes include collection materials and return shipping labels.
- Observed Urine $70.00
- Estimated Total cost: Months 1-3 $223.00 including two testing cups and one observed urine per month.
- Months 4-beyond $49.00. If a urine test is requested, it can be added for $52.00-$62.00 per cup.
Boxes can be purchased with one, two, three or four cups with progressive discounts. The best value for those in treatment is the four-cup box which costs $52 per cup or $208 for the box of four. This can be financed over several weeks through PayPal at checkout. Alternatively, for those in active treatment with Jettison single cups may be purchased for $62 each as opposed to the one cup box which costs $80.

Collected at home on your timeline
The testing boxes will arrive with securely packaged cups, all collection materials, and prepaid return shipping in a plain white box. Twelve commonly abused drugs return immediate cup-level results within minutes. The full 74-substance lab analysis returns by encrypted email, typically within 24–36 hours.
Confidential and Discreet
The Family Wellness Box is fully HIPAA compliant. Nothing goes to an insurance carrier or anyone other than those you choose. The results are yours to document, discuss, and act on as the treatment plan requires.
Observed Urines
When an observed urine is required by your provider it will be done at your location. An observed urine will not include observing the sample being provided but rather allows the observer to oversee the process and take custody of the sample after it has been provided. They will then deliver it to UPS for delivery to the lab. A licensed Paramedic or registered nurse will contact you to schedule an observed urine at your house or other location that you choose. If the observer deems the location that you choose to be inappropriate or unsafe then arrangements will be made to observe the test at another location. Observed urines will be conducted with gender-specific observers.
