Retest Policy

  • In the event of a discrepancy in a test result the following is the policy to request a retest.
  • You may elect to retest the existing sample at no cost or provide a new sample based on the requirements below.
  • In the event the discrepancy is confirmed in the retest then all costs associated with the retest, if a new sample is provided and/or the original cost will be fully refunded.
  • The party requesting the retest("the Party") must provide an e-mail or call customer service to identify the discrepancy.
  • If a new sample test is requested, the Party will either utilize a cup in their position or order a new cup, which will be purchased from the Company website and delivered via overnight delivery.
  • The new sample must be provided within 24 hours of the result reflecting the discrepancy being provided to the Party.
  • The new sample must utilize an observer which can be scheduled and paid for on the Company website.
  • The Party will provide the observer with the sample, return envelope and shipping label and observer will deliver to UPS for shipping.
  • The new results will be provided within 2-3 days from receipt of the sample by the lab.
  • Any refunds will be provided within 24 hours a discrepancy being confirmed.
